For the second textual analysis of music videos, I choose to research G-Eazy track called 'Calm Down'. In order to help broaden my understanding of the conventions and themes used in rap/hip-hop/RnB music videos I decided to choose this song. This is because it is a slow paced rap song, therefore it also have aspects that contemporary RnB uses.

Textual Analysis of music videos - part 1
The link below takes you to the first textual analysis evaluation I have wrote about. The song I choose to analyse was one of Post Malone's most recognized song, congratulations. I decided to analyse this song because this is the type of genre of music I want to carry out my research into and also for when I create my music video, I will have relevant and up-to-date research to use to aid the music videos development.
